I was a patient for years. Mainly saw nurse practitioners. Lately I have been seeing Dr. Constantine. 3 times I have told him I think I am having thyroid problems. 3 times I had bloodwork. Asked about an ultrasound was told no because the bloodwork is fine. I left this office and found a new Dr. First visit with her she scheduled an ultrasound. Dx. Thyroiditis. Will be seeing an Endocrinologist. If you are a woman seek medical advice elsewhere. Very frustrated and sad that I have not been listened to for at least 3 years. Shame on you Dr. Constantine. The staff. Top notch.
The only draw back to St E medical group and going to hospital is you rarely see Dr C in the hospital as a patient, he is covered by hospitalist who usually don't know you as a patient.
As one of Dr Constantinte's longest running time as a patient, I can HONESTLY say that I would not choose any other Dr as a PCP . I have been with him seems the mid 90's. He has helped me thru a very difficult and obscure medical condition. With my condition I am seen from Rochester to NYC trough several different specialists. Dr C is at the center of it all and is always on top of all my medical needs.
I found Michele Brennan-vuocolo to be a terrible doctor. Would not recommend. "I don't have time to take your medical history, I have other patients waiting" is something I should never hear. If you value being treated with courtesy, go elsewhere.
